“We got married in the year 2013. For the first 2 years, we did not plan to extend our family as we needed to get settled first. By end of 2015, we started trying. Despite our efforts, we could not get a favorable result. We didn’t lose heart and continued our efforts. By end of 2016, we decided to consult a doctor as we felt something was not right.
I met Dr. Gautam Banga who guided us to try for IUI. That’s how we got in touch with Dr. Bhavna Banga. Initially, with the amount of waiting clearly suggested how popular she was and how patients were willing to overcome that extra time for the betterment of their future. With our subsequent meetings, we got to know the entire process with ease. Gradually, it gave us that extra confidence in being parents at some point. We tried 2 times, however, did not get the desired results. More than us, it was Dr. Banga, who was confident and helped us immensely to keep our morale High and kept the hope alive. She was so friendly and considerate, it made us believe if only anybody can help, there would be no one better than Dr. Banga. And finally, the time came on the third attempt that the result looked positive. The news which my wife and I were waiting for 5 years, suddenly arrived.
It took us some time to sink in and even during this time, Dr. Banga made all possible efforts to keep us calm and composed. She is indeed a great friend who seldom acts like a doctor.
We are a happy couple now and the sole credit goes to one and only Dr. Banga, our pillar of strength, our friend in need and above all, a kind and compassionate soul.
We are grateful and indebted to her for the rest of our life.
